Yeah, it sounds to me like the ACLU is taking things a bit too far with that bull****. I'm all about people having their rights, but children have a right not to be forced into the presence of a child molester and that right outweighs any right the diddler's might have.

Yeah. Isn't pedophilia incurable? How can a child molester "prove" he/she is no longer a risk. They are
always a risk.
Children should have that right (bolded above), they have so very few rights in terms of the law though.
