That means she gets paid for her playing on the songs, everytime you here it on the radio. I think she was foolish to sign those publishing rights away to Sony. Whenever those songs get used anywhere, like tv, movies, compilations, Sony gets paid because they own the song. Hopefully we won't hear Don't Stop on the next Cadillac commercial, Christine would be losing a fortune!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't think mechanical royalties are as much as publishing. Anyone know?
