I remember my first visit to Texas in 2001, Driving along I-35 it was very scenic UNTIL you reached the Oklahoma/Texas state lines...Passed DW's Porn shop upon entry into Texas (Upon re-entry back into Oklahoma you'll pass the Casino owned by the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma.)
Ya think Texas would have passed this law considering how many porn shops I passed on the way to Dallas. I mean surely they must also sell gay porn in those damn stores (I know when we shopped at Christie's Toy Box here in OKC they carried gay porn.)
