I'd have to agree with your friends...
This movie was the absolute worst piece of crap that Will Ferrell has ever done. And he's done a lot of crap. I saw this at the theatre with a friend who wanted to see it for his birthday, and I almost walked out it was so stupid...
But if you like it that's awesome!
