David, I'm so glad you got some good news about Cash.
I hope all goes well with the surgery & Cash recovers quickly. My little dog & I will be thinking of you two. I'm sure Cash doesn't hold anything against you regarding all that they're doing to him to try to save his life. Dogs understand things more than you think.
P.S. Don't worry about your car. You can always get another car, but Cash is one of a kind.
