Ive often thot that W didnt give a rats ass about this country or our people.
Im sure he has more incompetence up his sleeve but yeah, I think they've pretty much accomplished what they set out to accomplish. I guess they figure someone else can mop up. I dont envy the next poor soul who sits in the White House....
