Good point.
Personally, it just sounds to me like she has anxiety about actually going through with intercourse. She obviously finds men attractive and has some sort of sexual drive, like Jason said. I won't presume to know what goes on in her head that makes her uneasy about engaging in the act; it could be any number of things until she decides that she wants to open up to you about it.
