Well, I know, but I specifically noted that not all welfare rec. are like that, to wit:
I fully realize not everyone on welfare thinks that way or is in this situation, but clearly that problem exists and it is part of welfare that has to be fixed.
Thus, I was not talking about all rec. of welfare.
Out of curiosity, do you think the things I mentioned never occur and/or they are not a problem?
