Well, conservatives, as that word has come to mean, like it when stars support them, just not the opposite. I mean no one said the people who wrote all those patriotic songs should keep their mouth shut or that they had no right to say that. So, their point is hypocritical, as are most of their other points, as they only want the praise, not the dissent.
