I agree, then we will definetely have to talk about the Republicans and their filibuster history. Like when the Republicans filibustered Abe Fortas as Chief Justice in 1968...although in 2004 they claimed a filibuster has never been used on a judicial nominee---man these people do live in a fantasy world.
Republicans also casually forget about their tactics during the Clinton Administration. So yeah we won't go there buddy.
