I'm with you on this! That would bug the hell out of me as well. I am not a great at typing, but usually I am pretty decent at English!
I have always made A's on college English papers!
But you are spot on. If this person KNEW that there writing was going to be seen by many...they really should have made a greater effort to read over what they wrote.
