The epidural was wonderful while it lasted, but wore off right before I was ready to push! 3 hours for me as well, before they whipped out the forceps. I've heard back labor is the worst
My mom experienced that with my brother, she said it was the worst pain ever.
They had to use the forceps on me too with my first one. My second was like a trip to Disney Land though! I was really scared that the same thing was going to happen again, but I only had a few hours of hard labor and he was out with one push! Still I just look at him sometimes and say "Thankyou", LOL!
