If Clinton can get impeached for dallying with an intern (where no human lives were at risk, the country was not at risk, you get the picture...)
then Monkey Boy should be impeached for misfeasance. This is crazy! He is a sorry excuse for a public official.

Bless your stubborn heart - Clinton was not impeached for having sex with ML - nice try at the spin though
Clinton actually commited a crime that was very easy to demonstrate - he lied under oath, which was obstruction of justice - he also perpetuated that crime by using his position in the Fed. Govt. to try and cover it up (he got her a job, his let his peeps go out and lie for him in an effort to stay the storm, etc. ) - BTW - I am not debating Clinton's guilt with you as you have no capacity whatsoever to acknowledge that Clinton did anything wrong. But, if you want to debate it, I refer you to the prior debate on Nancy's board.
In the instant case you are trying to assert, you would have to show that W and Co. did essentially nothing to help these people and that just cannot be proved. They will be able to show that during that five days they had people in NOLA and the other effected areas who were saving thousands. They will also be able to prove that in that four or five day period they were assembling the assistance, fulfilling legal requirements, etc. They will also be able to show that the state and local officials were slow to act as well. So, that is not negligence.
In the end, I think the five day wait was unexcuseable, but it is not actionable. Again, if you think so, call your Congressman and call for W's impeachment.
