I really do understand what you are saying...and you prehaps are the most open minded individual here at the ledge...and you have always been since I have been around here! I am just honestly not trying to place the blame anywhere...I think we all realize that things could have worked out better and actions could have been taken to better prepare for this disaster (starting years ago!)...and also better steps could have been taken after the hurricane had past, to rescue those left behind! I just would like to see everyone safe right now...
