Would you like the news organizations to show images and video footage of YOUR decaying dead body floating aorund in sewage for the world to see? Should they have shown the bodies of those who perished on 9/11 for everyone to see?
As for Iraq and all of those other places you mentioned, I sure as **** do freak out when they show bodies. It's the ultimate way to disrespect the dead, to not allow them their dignity after death.
