I'm willing to bet that does go on here often enough, but from what I know about those two, I have to say that I don't think they're being insincere. I think they really can't bring themselves to like the song and were trying to explain why they don't like it. I would probably be doing the same thing if people continued to tell me that I'm crazy for not liking a song.

Not that I understand why they don't like it.
