Hotel lobbies ARE public places and yea, they could use a back entrance but I, personally, am hesitant to rush up to one of the band members in a hotel lobby. Yep - but I'm actually embarrassed by how chicken I was. I waited for her and then, when she came, I pretty much ducked out of sight until her back was turned.
I still don't know what I would have done if Lindsey had come through that lobby. He's more approachable but I'm such a big coward, so... who knows.
