You hit the nail on the head. With songs like Over My Head, Brown Eyes and Warm Ways, the drum/bass sound is a
huge part of what make those songs
so amazingly sexy. John, Mick and Chris are perfect complements for each other; they're so tight you can hardly pick them apart. And I love her to pieces, but IMO her songs without J and M supporting her voice just seem to lack something. I mean once you have that rhythm section behind you....anything else seems a little bland.
