Ahhh! I remember reading this in the actual paper! And Comcast is not the only company with, uh, "disgruntled" employees who take it upon themselves to change names on accounts! It's so ridiculous and disheartening. In the actual article in the paper, they had photos of the bills with these new names on them (and the rest of the customers' info blacked out). Unreal.
