Bless your heart, Deanna, good lord! You gotta cut her loose before you really hurt her and hate yourself for it. Sounds like you've already come to that conclusion though. I hate having to cut off friendships, I am such a loyal person but at times it has been to my own detriment. No more!
Also, I wouldn't say anything to her. Just avoid, avoid, avoid. I once broke off a dating relationship very honestly and it went very poorly. He tried to talk me out of everything I said and I wound up feeling like a turd. It was horrible, I should have done it over email or something since we didn't have a relationship or anything. I was just trying to do the right thing or something. I won't ever do that again.
