There are quite a few grassroots groups that are all trying to tackle this issue from several different angles. I personally think that the best way to tackle it is by changing the current law and by holding the Judges accountable. I wish we had something similar to SB 33 at the Federal level, then all 50 states would have child-protective guidelines in place. *sigh* maybe someday...
