Bull**** claim?
He never claimed that he created the Internet, he said that while he was in Congress, he fought for the funding that initiated the creation of it. And he did do that. Arpanet, anyone? The fact that the press took his statement so literally, printing that he said he "invented" it when he said no such thing, is another example of how skewed that joke of an election was.
