I LIVE for the heat. I love it. Love the sun. Love the humidity. This has been the best summer in a long time - it's been sunny and frickin HOT as blazes here since at leats mid-June. Maybe earlier. Crazy hot - like upper 90s to over 100 F (though for us, it's actually in the mid to upper 30s C, with the occasional low 40s). I even go running in it.
Contrarily, I hate and detest the cold. If I never had to go out in winter, I'd be a happy camper (even though I hate camping.
See other thread). My favourite thing about my house when I bought it (truly a major selling point) was the private access garage with an automatic opener. I think my core body temp is a degree or two colder than average, which is why I am hypersensitive to cold, and not affected by heat. My dream is to live in the desert.
