Just make her music and filmed stuff more available officially - it would do away with a lot of the bootleg trading she's supposed to hate, and put her in control of her music to a greater extent, plus make her fans deliriously happy in the process!
Other fantastic artists do it and without encouraging nutjobs to sleep in their bed, so why not Stevie? There is a really good-sized middle ground in here...
