Yeah she's still a pretty, pert lady. But if she walked into my gym, I'd crank up the friction & the slope on her treadmill, & then get her pumped up with some heavy-duty strength-training -- lemme hear y'all ...

I'd also cut as much sodium as possible out of her diet, & take her off that damn Atkins regimen.
