Pretty much anything at Danny's here in Buffalo, especially the Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup.
I tried buffalo while we were in UT in 2000. It was this shack-looking place, the guy cooked it outside & you sat out there on picnic tables. It turned out to be one of the best meals I've ever tasted.
