I don't see that happening - I just don't. She up there in years, has been in ill health herself -and now her husband is ailing - she knew when she resigned that Rehnquist was having health issues and has been around since Jesus was a boy - she's made her decision.

I wonder if he'll stick it out until death or extreme debilitatin illness? |
He's already got the latter. Recent photos that I've seen of him don't depict him to be in good health.
