I love this song, just as I love all of the songs on 'Bella Donna.' 'Kind Of Woman' has such a haunting melody, and Stevie's voice is even more haunting. I think I heard she wrote this about Lindsey, before Fleetwood Mac...when he was off playing with the Everly Brothers? She was worried about him being gone in the life on the road, while she was at home...
I think she did play this live on the '81 tour, didn't she? I think it's on the boot of the entire show she did for HBO. I wish we could see her performing this one and 'Angel' live ~ I'd love to see it.
