I don't see that happening - I just don't. She up there in years, has been in ill health herself -and now her husband is ailing - she knew when she resigned that Rehnquist was having health issues and has been around since Jesus was a boy - she's made her decision.

umm...she DID say her retirement was conditional on somebody being confirmed. That may not happen with the current Senatorial chaos (let us pray)
