OMG! I had this quote taped to my wall & desk at school! I read it every time I became discouraged or unhhappy with a drawing/painting. Sometimes I would make a mistake, and think its the biggest piece of crap in the world.... Then my teacher would say "wow, that looks great! especially this part here...." & I'd say, "oh that, yeah, well I did that on purpose, you see..."
