Yes it is, but the people dumb enough to stop taking medicine because TC says to do so are the ones who probably need to be on it the most. Many of them, like bi-polar patients, look for excuses and reasons to not take their meds. For the record I do not think they are dumb, just mentally ill, and can be easily influenced when it comes to these issues.
