I don't deny all that, even though I love Tom. Really, I just feel sad for him, because I think he's a pretty good person (scientology notwithstanding, though I think he likes it because he wants to help himself be a better person), and I feel bad for him that someone seemingly pretty decent has to hide his sexuality because of society's negative imposition.
I feel like some of his strange and negative actions are almost solely because of this stricture.
*hoping I didn't make up the word stricture* Anyway, I can see how some don't like him and that's he's not the best actor
ever, but still I hold my point.
