riot. Laura Dern is a junkie who discovers she's pregnant, but then gets roped in by the pro-lifers, only to be roped in by the pro-choice groups later on. The whole movie is about the two groups fighting over her fetus.
Great cast, too. Swoosie Kurtz and Kelly Preston are hysterical as the pro-choice lesbians.
The best scene has to be when the pro-lifers force Dern to watch a film on abortions, wherein it says that fetuses are just thrown into dumpsters like trash. She walks out of the room and says "I've slept in dumpsters. Maybe I slept on babies."
