I posted on their website that I'd had a chance to see them in Minneapolis on May 28, and met the band before the show, they signed my poster and all that stuff, got a picture with them. then came the interesting part. this band is a bit more of a modern sort of alternative group, and when I mentioned the part about how I liked Fleetwood Mac, u should have heard them jump all over me about how old they are, blah blah blah. I just said that first of all you're entitled to your opinion, but that I feel that good music is good music, whether it be old or new. and besides, I've been a Fleetwood Mac fan for 30 years almost, and theyre music means so much to me, I really couldnt care less what someone else thinks.

I'm sorry to hear that about the Stereophonics, because I am very fond of their song "Maybe Tomorrow" as well as their cover of the Beatles' "Don't Let Me Down."
The keyboardist in the Stereophonics uses many find old retro keyboards, such as the Fender Rhodes. He has a true understanding of the instrument's unique characteristics, & brings out those characteristics in his playing. I'm surprised that with such a veneration of classic equipment, this band doesn't have any more admiration or respect for classic bands like Fleetwood Mac.
