well, "they" may be right about all of us being "tetched"....but what can we do? It's part of who we are, like it or not. For many of us, it wasn't even our choice. Loving Stevie was something that chose us. It just happened. In fact, sometimes it would be nice to turn off for a spell....for as many of us know, it has been known to bring us at least as much pain as it does pleasure. Such is often the nature of apreciating and creating of worthwhile art. It cannot be explained in objective terms. As we may say in the Deadhead comunity, "if I have to explain it, you wouldn't understand". It's not by any means an elitist comment, it simply states that the subjective defies explanation. You get it or you don't. You all get it, you hepcats (as Donovan would say...bless his heart)
