Or, my favorite...with a suit & tie...but then I have podiatrical maladies that prevent me from wearing "real" shoes, so I'm forced to wear "flops". Or, cheap Birk knock offs.
My boss has no problem with it, get over it.
I also like to wear flannel shirts, too..they're comfy in any weather.
