Thank GOD, no...different county. I just had a simple "possession with intent to sell" trial...1/2 day for jury selection, 1 day of testimony, 3/4 of a day for deliberation (which actually took 3 hrs longer than it should have...we had one painfully stubborn hold out who didn't understand the program...digital scale and one 8 gram, two 4.5 gram and nine 0.1 gram ziploc bags = "intent to sell". What more proof would you need?)
