As far as I know, he hasn't worked with either Welch or Kirwan. I can't see him working with Danny as blues doesn't seem to be a big influence on his music. Though WE seems to have quite eclectic tastes in music so... anything's possible.
Other FM connections - He opened for both Fleetwood Mac and Dave Mason on his tour for the album Not Shy. He and Stevie dated briefly in the late '70s. That's about it, I think.
(Edit) Oh yeah, and WE had been performing "Sisters of the Moon" live on his Not Shy tour
before it was recorded for Tusk. Walter originally wanted to record it for Not Shy but Lindsey put a stop to it.
