Interestingly, I think in her own way - she sees herself that way (a deadly flower or bella donna), which makes the song, which clearly is about R.'s daughter, personal to her. I think it is sort of the same for B&B. I think that song is about the movie but somewhere in there she saw her her relationship with Mick and drew an anaology. I think the two are consistent and not mutually exclusive ideas. Stevie is rarely black or white; instead she is all about shades of grey - even while running throuigh the garden in brilliant colors
