I think it was created to make money- via the promotion of the album and the fan club. Hard to say how successful either venture was in the end. Now the site just kind of sits there, awaiting the next Fleetwood Mac/Mick Fleetwood endeaver. (Peter Green????)
I was thinking it is interesting that the Nicks Fix put up the Don Henley interview link, as just about anything that goes up there has to get official approval. It does make me think that Henley's comments aren't as full of hot air as some folks have been wanting to believe.
