Why hypothetical? Because you yourself have never encountered anyone who thought all of Stevie's work is ultimately about Lindsey? If you haven't met 'em, they ain't there? And regardless of the question as to whether they really are there, my statements were clearly characterizing them, not the thousands of us who think Stevie wrote 15 songs or 30 songs or 72 songs about Lindsey.

Sure, you stated a fact, but one that was couched in attitude & designed specifically to puncture a point that I really didn't make & to ascribe a stance to me that I have never taken. I contest its applicability only because it implies I believe X when I don't, & never really said I did.
