Back in March, 1982, I was in Venice, Ca and had a great time seeing the sights. I was also there with my sister Renee. We went to visit our brother who was out of town. So one day, I decided to see if I could contact Fleetwood Mac's office. I found their office number and called and left a message for Mick Fleetwood to call me. I waited a few hours and I received a call from Judy Wong and I told her that I was one of FM's biggest fans and we ended up talking for 2 hours. Oh, how I wish I had a tape of that conversation, it was very interesting. She did state that I knew the history of the band better then she did ands we laughed. Well, to make a long story short I asked if I could meet Mick and she said that would be impossible but that she would tell them about me at dinner that night. Two or three weeks later, I received a package from Penguin offices and inside was a copy of the Authorized History of FM and a TUSK tour program. I was thrilled to death and I thought that was a nice gesture from a real nice lady.
I was wondering if you could pass this on to her friends as my condolences for I was saddened by the recent news of her death.
Thanks,
Tom Kirby
