Doggone it... spending too much time on the Vegas thread.
I guess I didn't know Judy had been ill. It's good that she didn't die a lingering awful death like from cancer.
My heart goes out to those who are saddened by the loss of Judy. With Ms. Wong goes many memories of the folks who made the music that defined our generation, the music we love. There is one great book that will never be written.
Thanks to Mick for seeing to her memorial. I'm sure her musical family loved her as much if not more than any family could have.
At the risk of sounding trite, she's in a better place and hopefully making beautiful music with all the wonderful people we miss.
