I borrowed the scanner from work and finally got around to scanning the Schlong Tumours jacket and inner sleeve pics. For those of you who don't know, Schlong is a punk band from LA who covered the entire Rumours album - it all fits on a 45.
The fine print on the bottom of the back cover says:
