Now Cleveland has Gund Arena downtown, so that's where all the big acts play. The Coliseum has been torn down and the land incorporated into Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

It's just one of those situations where the liner notes just jump to the nearest megalopolis. Even the members of the band do that: playing Richfield Coliseum, Lindsey says, "Thanks a lot, Cleveland!"
Or Stevie says, "Good evening, Boston" in Mansfield. As long as PenguinHead knows that the Richfield Coliseum shows recorded for the "Live" album & filmed for 20/20 are the "Cleveland" shows.
