The video I've seen consists of stock footage, as you said, AND clips of the band lifted directly from the "Seven Wonders" video. They didn't even use outtake footage!
I still wonder if the "Family Man" video is really "official," or if it was just something that was slapped together by the Australian branch of MTV to represent what I'm told was a big hit single there.

Nope, there's no Seven Wonders footage in my version.
Must be different ones out there, but it doesn't matter because they both suck in the end.
