Do you get bored at work? Yeah, but not very often. We have our slow days, usually when school's on break.

-What do you do when you get bored at work and there's not a whole going on the Ledge? I HATE when I come on here & it's dead, lol! I check email, cnn.com, do some research into stuff on the net. I also clean/restock my room.

-Do you have a specific lunch hour at work - or can you take lunch whenever you feel like it?We try to have 2 lunches (12:30pm and 1:30pm) but you can't exactly schedule it being a nurse. Too much going on, it's never the same day to day. Once in a blue moon my boss lets me leave an hour early instead of taking lunch, but only if I ask ahead & only if it's for an appointment of some sort.

-What's the dress code like at your place of work? We have these navy blue polo shirts, and cardigans. Both have our logo on them. They're not mandatory, but it makes it a hell of a lot easier to get dressed in the morning - throw one on with a pair of khakis & I'm out the door. Other than that, they don't love it when we wear jeans, but I do about once a week.

-Do you have an office or a cubicle? Or do you share a space with others?I have an office, but we do share if needed - another nurse may need to use my room & vice versa.

-What do you do when you get out of work? Either go work out or go right home. Once a month me & a few coworkers get together for dinner (we try to do a different ethnic food each time. So far we've done Thai, Japanese, Turkish, Indian, Lebanese, Spanish, Polish & Mixican.)

-are you happy with the times you go to work/get out of work? Yeah, I alternate shifts every month, so one month is M-F 8:30am-4:30pm; the next is M 11:30am-7:30pm, then T-F 9:30am - 5:30pm. I work about 8 or 9 Saturdays a year, from 8:30am-3:30pm.

-what would your ideal working hours be?
I'd like to get out earlier, but I really don't miss getting up earlier (I used to have to get up around 5am to be at work by 6am.)
