But I think it's a bloody brilliant piece of arranging too, the gentle guitar in the verses, the faux-Asian passages, the jarring synth chord when the chorus begins, the way Stevie's warm vocal contrasts with Lindsey's intentionally robotic "tell me tell me lies", those rising "mmm-mmm-mmms" from Lindsey at the end of chorus, etc. And just like with Go Insane, you can't really tell for sure which parts are played by a guitar and which parts by a synthesizer.
