I remember reading an article about her trying to stay sober and she was walking around backstage at an awards show very quietly and keeping to herself instead of running around and acting like her usual self. It said that just drank soda and kept rebuffing everyone who offered her booze, and that she was getting annoyed with Anna Nicole for bugging her about partying with her that night. It toally didn't sound like the Courtney Love we know and adore.
