There's a crappy little neighborhood in our burb that's mostly row apartments, some homes. Some guy wants to come in, tear it all down & rebuild. Not a bad idea, since those apartments were supposed to be temporary housing after WWII
. But where is everyone supposed to go?
BTW - they want to build brownstones and "mid-price" homes. Of course, mid price starts @ $125,000. Oh so affordable for the lower-middle class
